Terms of Service for Lexopost

Introduction
Welcome to Lexopost, a mobile application (the “App”) that allows you to register using your Facebook account, store photos, and publish them on your Instagram and Facebook accounts. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Lexopost.
Registration and Account Security
- You can register for an account using your Facebook account information. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
- You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the photos and content you post to the App.
- By posting content to the App, you grant Lexopost a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on Lexopost solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the App.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping.”
- Using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the App.
- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
